CEG reviewed all available plans, permits, shop drawings, and repair/replacement documents provided by the Township to create an inventory of major assets within each facility.
The major components of every facility including repair and replacement histories were documented in a database and mapped using GIS. The assets inventoried included over 6.5 miles of piping, 180 manholes, 2 mechanical wastewater plants, 5 lagoon plants, and 1 water treatment system. CEG prepared maps to support visualization and analysis of the infrastructure of the facilities.
This asset inventory allows the Township to more efficiently plan and budget for future asset improvement needs.
